One Layer Stretch Film Machine
The One Layer Stretch Film Machine features a single screw, motor, and inverter, all within a straightforward design that facilitates user-friendly operation. It operates with minimal noise and smooth efficiency, with the winding process managed through a PLC touch screen interface. The machine includes an extruder, a traction section, a leveling mechanism, an edge trimmer, and automated systems for winding and roll changeovers. This stretch film wrapping machine, commonly referred to as a Cast stretch film machine, is engineered for effective packaging solutions across multiple industries. It employs LDPE and LLDPE materials to produce stretch film, which is extensively utilized for packaging airport luggage, pallets, cartons, building materials, automotive parts, hardware components, and various other products.
Feature of a One Layer Stretch Film Machine:
This machine uses various materials such as LLDPE, LDPE, recycled materials, CaCO3 compounds, biodegradable materials, masterbatch, and additives. The inverter controls the speed of the film extruder, resulting in power saving, eco-friendliness, and cost efficiency. The film produced ranges in thickness from 0.017mm to 0.04mm and in width from 100mm to 500mm, suitable for applications such as stretch film, pallet packing, carton packing, building material packing, auto parts packing, hardware packing, and luggage wrap packing. The screw material is 38CrMoAl, ensuring durability for long-term use. With a one-year warranty, this machine can operate continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It features a simple design for easy operation and is economically designed, making it suitable for beginners or starters in the industry. The machine’s power supply can be customized based on the request, such as 220V, 380V, 440V, or 480V for different regions. Additionally, after-sales service is provided, including sending an engineer to the buyer’s factory for installation and training services. Customer-specific machines or OEM designs are also welcomed by the manufacturer.
